a) To promote various activities for prevention, identification, and early intervention of person with special needs.
b) To provide education, therapeutic intervention and vocational training to special needs children for rehabilitation.
c) To promote residential facility for special needs (MR&CP) children.
d) To promote activities towards goods oral aural communication of the hearing impaired children.
e) To organize training for teachers, therapist, parents, and community workers to develop experienced manpower for the persons with special needs.
f) To disseminate knowledge and awareness related to various aspects pertaining to persons with special needs.
g) To promote activities towards equal opportunities, protection of rights, full participation of persons with special needs for establishing an inclusive barrier free and right based society for the persons with special needs.
h) To run sponsorship programme for poor students, distribution of aids and appliances according to the children needs.
i) To support and participate in activities of public interest, of charitable nature undertaking by missions and other social organization.
j) To organize any other programme towards the cause as may be conceived from time to time.
